Arbitration

dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral
arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a
location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court
having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms
and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to

Arbitration

dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral
arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a
location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Disrupt, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses,
costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use
the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of
a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Disrupt reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume
the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate
with Disrupt in asserting any available defenses.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions,
or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such
dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral
arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a
location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court
having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms
and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to
arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and
Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties
agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective
actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A
PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY
GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Disrupt agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one
person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

We have created Live broadcasting of audio and video content on Spider Web by using a
database-based technique, versus the networking-based technique that almost all of the
popular video broadcasting providers use. In our methodology, the broadcasting user’s data
packets are sent to a database that is hosted on a Spider Web server, from where listeners’/viewers’
Spider Web sessions (periodically) pull the data packets to form the Live audio or video feed.

Spider Web is a highly secure – encrypted and authenticated – network system.
Our methodology for securing Spider Web is as below.

A significant point regarding our system is that each of the above identifying information
about users is encrypted in Spider Web. In addition, we store the encrypted information
and the key information on separate servers, with different access rights for administrators,
so that no one person can have access to both the encrypted information and the keys to
decrypt that information.
We, in addition, employ very advanced encryption for a range of user activities,
like messaging, chatting, conferencing, file sharing, etc.
For instance, for audio/video conferencing, screen sharing and Live broadcasts, we employ the
following methodology:
Each data packet is encrypted by a randomly selected algorithm – AES, DES, Triple DES, RC2 or Rijndael.
This way, even if a hacker gains access to a data packet in transmission, and to the key and algorithm
used, the hacker won’t be able to decrypt the other packets, which are encrypted with randomly
selected algorithms.

Video and Audio Conferencing
|
Spider Web incorporates very advanced video and audio conferencing applications that possess
stringent encryption and authentication methodologies to provide users a very safe,
fast and private conferencing medium.
Our conferencing follows different, and, we believe better, functioning and security paradigms
that set us apart from most of the other conferencing platforms.

Spider Web Messaging
|
|
Messaging on Spider Web provides a host of distinctive, advanced features to users, including:

Encrypted Communications: A sender of a message on Spider Web can encrypt the message using
very strong encryption algorithms – please review details on encryption and authentication within
Spider Web for more information in this regard. Encrypting a message can safeguard
the message from hacking.

Unlimited-in-size attachments: On Spider Web, users can, theoretically, send and receive
unlimited-in-size attachments to/from other users on Spider Web. This should be possible because
both the sender and the receiver of a message are within the Spider Web server network, so the
attachment file does not physically need to be transferred from the sender to the receiver, so
there is no bandwidth penalty for sending very large files. (Only pointers to the files, not
the files themselves, are transferred from the sender to the receiver.

Spam-free: Since every user on Spider Web is highly authenticated, there is virtually no chance of
spam entering the Spider Web system. If there is a node emanating spam, then our planned neural
network-based network topology should be able to quickly isolate such nodes from the network.

Secure: Since Messaging on Spider Web resides within a highly authenticated, encrypted and secure
network system, users can send and receive messages on Spider Web very securely.

We propose pioneering vote-from-home, to enable citizens to vote in
elections from anywhere in the world, through our highly secure
Spider Web platform.

We can ensure highly secure voting via Spider Web through our very advanced authentication
and encryption technologies.
Spider Web’s authentication involves multiple unique user identity attributes,
including biometrics.
Currently, facial recognition is the preferred biometric identification on Spider Web.
We can add other biometrics – fingerprints, retina/iris scans – as per stringency requirements, and as per different jurisdictional privacy statutes.

About Touch
|
Touch is a next generation shape-changing device; it can be used
in multiple configurations - as a laptop, desktop, TV, etc.
Our goal is to enables people to condense the multitude of
devices and form factors that they currently own - laptops, TVs, desktop computers - into
just one device, so that people can own and carry only Touch, instead of many devixes.
Touch is completely assembled in America. Its various configurations are illustrated in the following.

Touch can be placed flat on the table or wall to be used as a flat display, like a Television, as shown below:

Touch can be used as a laptop computer, as in the following illustration:

The dual displays of the device can be turned at a 270 degrees angle to enable multiple
parties to view the displays, for example during a presentation, as shown below:

Technical Details
|
Operating System: We are, currently, using Windows as the operating system for Touch.
Keyboard: Currently, we are using the default Windows touch keyboard, for Touch user
entry. We intend to develop our own highly customizable touch keyboard, on the lines
of our concept keyboard, io, in the near future.
Touch has 2 displays of approximately 15.6” inch (diagonal size) each.

|
Nikhil Aggarwal, CEO, has previously worked in geographical technology at ESRI
in Redlands, California, in risk management at Fortis Bank in New York, NY,
and in fashion and on building Disrupt (fka KartnKiosk/Fun! Media).
Nikhil holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
from the Indian Institute of Technology in Guwahati, India, and a Masters in
Computer Science from the University of California at Riverside.

We have built a partial operating system featuring a 3-dimensional
layout.
3D OS enables users the next generation of operating systems and
multitasking, within a highky futuristic operable environment.

3D OS sets up a new, three-dimensional multi-functional
and multi-tasking system, which presents a radical transformation
from the two-dimensional viewing that has been present in the current
operating systems for the past few decades.

platform, called Con, and Clones.

We are progressively building many applications for users'
business operations, entertainment, etc.

3D OS enables users to multi-task, to perform many
operations - like word processing, folder explore, chatting -
simultaneously.

Stacking, minimizing tasks and windows
|
|
3D OS can keep windows and tasks minimized, but still within view,
so that a user can track their open activities.

Advanced gaming, documentation
|
|
In addition, we intend to substantially enhance the current capabilities of
3D OS, in gaming, documentation, etc. Users can play games with their Clone in
real-time, as shown in the following illustration of a user playing Tic Tac Toe
with their Clone. We intend to program 3D OS to enable playing progressively more
advanced games with users:

|

The commands that are issued to Clone 309 on 3D OS are shown below. Some
of the commands, as shown, are incorrect, to which
309 should not and does not respond.

Further Development
|

We intend to enable 3D OS to perform more AI-driven and machine
learning-based tasks in the future, including programming (as illustrated below),
documentation, scheduling, etc.
